1. Do you accept all outdoor clothing brands?
Yes! We accept all brands, including Patagonia, Rab, The North Face, Arc'teryx, Berghaus and more, regardless of where you purchased your kit.
2. What garments can you wash and reproof?
We treat waterproof jackets, trousers, gloves, softshells and most technical outdoor garments. If you're unsure whether your item is suitable, just ask!
3. Will my jacket be fully waterproof again?
Our Nikwax treatments help restore water repellency, followed by appropriate heat treatment. However, reproofing cannot repair a damaged waterproof membrane or heavily deteriorated fabric.
4. How does the postal service work?
Simply purchase your service online. Our team will email you a prepaid postage label and QR code. No printer needed! Drop your parcel at the designated courier location, and we'll arrange its return once complete.
5. Can I drop my clothing off in store?
Absolutely! You can drop off your garments at our participating Kit Vault stores free of charge during normal opening hours. We'll contact you when they're ready to collect.
