Yes! We accept all brands, including Patagonia, Rab, The North Face, Arc'teryx, Berghaus and more, regardless of where you purchased your kit.
2. What down-filled items can you clean?
We professionally clean down jackets, gilets and most suitable down-filled outdoor clothing. If you're unsure whether your item is suitable, just ask!
3. Will washing restore my jacket's loft and warmth?
Our specialist Nikwax down cleaning treatment, followed by careful low-temperature drying, helps restore loft and insulation performance by removing dirt and oils. Results depend on the condition of your garment.
4. How does the postal service work?
Simply purchase your service online. Our team will email you a prepaid postage label and QR code. No printer needed! Drop your parcel at the designated courier location, and we'll arrange its return once complete.
5. Can I drop my clothing off in store?
Absolutely! You can drop off your garments at our participating Kit Vault stores free of charge during normal opening hours. We'll contact you when they're ready to collect.
